Located in Ocean County, Seaside Heights and Seaside Park are a staple to the Shore community and are host to a variety of activities.  There you can find everything from fishing and jet skiing to arcades and boardwalk rides.  In addition to the boardwalk’s Casino Pier in the Heights there is also the Breakwater Beach Water Park, minigolf, and plenty of games and amusements.   You can also head over to the Park’s fishing, bathing, and surfing beaches or hike along some nature trails at Island Beach State Park.  Once the sun goes down, turn your volume up at any one of Seaside’s popular nightlife hotspots like Joey Harrison’s Surf Club, Bamboo, Jack and Bills, or the Sawmill, among many others. Unlike some other areas on the shore, the Seasides have a versatile selection of vacation housing as well.  If you book early enough in the year you can rent a private house or make reservations with one of the many motels or hotels that are available right in town.  There are also a variety of festivals throughout the year that attract many of visitors including the clown festival, and Irish and Italian festivals.  Surrounded by places like Toms River, which are bustling with businesses, or Ortley Beach and Lavalette, which are slower paced and right on the ocean, the Seasides have much to offer its visitors of all varieties.
