For those who want more outdoor activity with a seashore ambiance Freeholder Joseph H. Vicari, who serves as the county’s tourism spokesperson, suggests sessions in yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics or fitness which can be found on beaches from Bay Head to Long Beach Island.”

Yoga
