The beach season opens only on weekends from Memorial Day until mid June. After that, open daily through Labor Day.rnrnRestrooms and Showers: Restrooms are located at Norwood and Lincoln avenues. Showers are available at the entrance to each beach. There are no changing rooms. On street parking is available, and there is a free municipal lot at the north end of Ocean Avenue.
Beach badges are required in the summer months (check calendar for exact dates). Badges can be purchased at the beach at any one of Avon’s 3 tag booths, Washington Ave., Sylvania Ave. or Norwood Ave. Badges may also be purchased before summer at the borough office beginning in early May. Call ahead for availability at 732-502-4510. Tag Booth hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Daily badge: $9, 12 and over
Season badge, adult: $90
Season badge, teens/seniors: $45
